Thank you James - that means a lot. When I started this journey I never really understood what the impact would be but it has been more profound that I ever imagined.

You are right about the similarities between cricket and baseball - I have found myself watching some baseball recently, just in passing, and I recognise more similarities each time I see the game. My sister played Softball to a good standard when she was younger and I always enjoyed that.

The overall club and development system sounds very similar and that is a key part of what makes cricket (and baseball) so integral to the communities that they are part of. And this, for me, is so important.

I really hope more baseballers and cricketers can come out in future years - in the meantime I want to keep trying to make cricket as an inclusive sport as possible to make that possible. Thanks again James :-)
