Thanks James — another well written and argued piece. I find it bizzare the debates that go on in the states around these issues, religious freedom etc. The debates do happen in the UK sometimes but at a much less fever pitch level (generally — have been a few exceptions).

The point you make about homophobia both still exisiting and still being an acceptable prejudice to hold does stan unfortunately so thanks for highlighting it. We have to keep going, as hard as it is sometimes.
